Relationship is a living dance—a constant movement between reaching out and returning to ourselves, between vulnerability and protection, intimacy and space. In Rhythms of Relationship, we’ll explore how we meet, connect and communicate through movement, discovering the patterns that shape our relationships with ourselves and others. As we move, we’ll listen to the language of the heart and make room for the emotions that live beneath the surface. Welcoming fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion as guides, we’ll practise staying present with what arises—and open to more honest, embodied and wholehearted ways of relating.
